I'm thrilled to announce a partnership with @canalcenterevents to teach at the upcoming Winter Solstice Session! 

Gentle Flow and Sound Voyage on Saturday, December 13th from 10:30am-11:45am.

Join Kat and Jeneen of @soul_voyage_studio for a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow practice that is designed to turn inward as we step into the winter solstice. 

Pause to recognize what was important to you over the fall season as you prepare for the winter days ahead. ⁠The vinyasa practice will be focused on folding and twisting to create a container for winter to rest your body. 

We will close the flow practice with a time to rest and reflect with a 30 minute long relaxation and sound bath led by Soul Voyage Studios. 

Bring a bolster or blanket to support your rest during the sound healing.
