DESCRIPTION: Limit 12 socially distanced spots. Outdoor yoga class focused on gentle and restorative movement to prepare you for the weekend. This class requires props (bolster or pillow, two blankets/beach towels, and at least 1 block). If you need to rent props, please email kat@321omfitness.com to reserve. Modifications are offered throughout. 60 Minutes in length.

*No cancellations within 4 hours of class. Class pack or membership charged.
*Weather permitting. Notification sent within 1 hour of start time if cancelled due to weather. Class will move to virtual if weather does not allow for class and link will be sent separately.
