DESCRIPTION: Designed for people living with chronic illnesses, these workshops will focus on a different chronic illness each 3rd Saturday. We will work through poses designed to regulate chronic processes and/or improve body function, short meditations to assist in managing stress and improving mental function, and breath work to connect body to mind. Each workshop will conclude with a guided meditation for deep relaxation and an opportunity to discuss what we've learned.
