Do you long for contemplation and reflection?
Do you long for a time that inspires you?
We can sometimes be so “deflated” at Christmas time.
It can be done differently!

The time at the end of the year invites you to become still, to go within to discover what lives within you. It is a time for contemplation, reflection; a time to give direction to what is to come.

In this retreat we do that with dance (5Rhythms) and reflection. Like a ritual around the transition from the old to the new year.

When we dance for more days, we often experience the dance as deeper and more transformative. These days you have the opportunity to experience that for yourself.

The special thing is that the depth of this series of days remains palpable, even if we dance for a single day.

Every day we dance a wave (the 5Rhythms®), accompanied by music. Every day there is an inspiration and a theme.

When:
December 27 to January 1,
Daily dance from 10.30-13:00
On December 31, we also dance in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
On January 1 we dance from 2-4.30 pm.

Where:
Club 8, Admiral de Ruyterweg 56B or ONLINE
Amsterdam

Cost for the ONLINE sessions
€15 per session or €85 for all 7 sessions

You can also join the session live @ Club 8 Amsterdam, then other prices will count.
