DESCRIPTION: Your body is a gateway to experience deep states of bliss and ecstasy. One of the ways to experience that is through dancing.

The 5Rhythms are a powerful tool to explore this gateway. The “wave,” as we call the sequence of the 5Rhythms naturally takes us on a journey. The different Rhythms offer a profound set of physical tools to deepen our dance in each rhythm.

Every week we'll explore one of the rhythms and the specific body language of that rhythm.
You can follow the classes seperately.

This 7 week series will start again in the week of November 24th. 
If you decide to buy the whole series, you can switch between different dates and venues.
