DESCRIPTION: Your body is a gateway to experience deep states of bliss and ecstasy. One of the ways to experience that is through dancing.

The 5Rhythms are a powerful tool to explore this gateway. The “wave,” as we call the sequence of the 5Rhythms naturally takes us on a journey. The different Rhythms offer a profound set of physical tools to deepen our dance in each rhythms.

Every week we'll explore one of the rhythms and the specific body language of that rhythm.

The classes are online on Tuesdays

You'll get acces to the sound recording of the class for 2 weeks after the class.

You can add an extra livestream of the one of the classes in Amsterdam (monday / wednesday and friday) per week in the same weeks.
