Darkness has the capacity to help us drop into deep surrender —
a surrender to what is real and true, and to a profound sense of aliveness.

The winter solstice is the time of year when darkness is most present.
This precious moment in nature holds the potential to reach the still point beneath our inner turbulence.
This still point is an entryway into both the earthy heart of what we are and our divine essence.

As the Heartbeat level is the realm of our emotions, in this workshop we’ll take time to explore the inner darkness of our emotional landscape — the wild parts, the silent parts, the deep parts.
We’ll move and dance with them.

The moment we surrender to those parts, delight begins to emerge.
Since we have five days together, we’ll also take a deep dive into our capacity for delight, joy, and pleasure — to fill our next cycle around the sun.

I invite you to join this moving exploration of both our darkness and our delight.
