Do you long for a time that inspires you?
We can sometimes get so “drained” at Christmas and New Year’s time.
It can be different!
The time at the end of the year invites you to become still, to go within to discover what is going on inside you.
It is a time for reflection, contemplation; a time to give direction to what is to come.

In this retreat, we do that with dance (5Rhythms) and reflection. Like a ritual around the transition from the old to the new year.
When we dance for more days we often experience the dance as deeper and more transformative. These days you have the opportunity to experience that for yourself.

The extraordinary thing is that the depth of this series of days remains palpable even as we dance a single day.
Every day we dance a wave (the 5Rhythms®) accompanied only by music. Each day there is an inspiration and a theme.
When:
December 27 to January 3
Daily dance at 10:30-12:30u and 14:00-16:00u.
On December 28th we dance in the morning from 10:30-12:30u, the afternoon session will be at 13:00-15:00u.
On December 31 we dance all day from 12:00 – 24:00, every 1.5 hours a new wave starts, you can join one wave or several (you can jump in our out at 12:00 / 13:30 / 15:00 / 16:30 / 18:00 / 19:30 / 21:00 / 22:30). We end each wave in silence and meditation and so we go into the new year in silence.

On Jan. 1st we will only dance in the afternoon from 14:00-16:00u.
