Your body is a gateway to experience deep states of bliss and ecstasy. One of the ways to experience that is through dancing.

The 5Rhythms are a powerful tool to explore this gateway. The “wave,” as we call the sequence of the 5Rhythms naturally takes us on a journey. The different Rhythms offer a profound set of physical tools to deepen our dance in each rhythm.
