Ervaar diepe vreugde en extase door middel van dans

Je lichaam is een poort naar diepe staten van vreugde en extase. Een van de manieren om dat te ervaren is door te dansen.

De 5Rhythms zijn een krachtig middel om deze poort te verkennen. De Wave – zoals we de opeenvolging van de vijf ritmes noemen – neemt je op een natuurlijke manier mee op reis. Elk ritme biedt een unieke lichaamstaal en krachtige fysieke handvatten om je dans en beleving verder te verdiepen.

Naast Café IJver vind je iets verder naar rechts de grote toegangsdeur.
Vanaf 19.15 uur staat er iemand klaar om je te verwelkomen en je de weg naar de studio te wijzen.

Next to Café IJver, you'll find the main entrance a little further to the right.
From 7:15 pm, someone will be there to welcome you and show you where to find the studio.
