The 5Rhythms are a powerful tool for exploring this gateway. The Wave—as we call the sequence of the five rhythms—naturally takes us on a journey. Each rhythm offers a unique body language and a powerful set of physical tools to deepen your dance and your experience.

Every week, we'll explore one of the rhythms and the specific body language that belongs to it.

If you decide to book the entire series, you can switch between different dates and venues.
You can also attend the classes individually.
