How do we dance with our hearts, with whatever feelings there are?
And in what way can we take this lightly?

As we lighten up our perception of what is, 
we can sense and listen more honestly. 
We can be more real with whatever is going on.

We're taking ourselves serious and not serious at the same time. 
Its the contradiction of life itself that liberates us.
