DESCRIPTION: Join our lovely teachers Sam and Jo for an afternoon immersion into the energy body through Yin Yoga & Healing Reiki.  You’ll also be lulled into deep relaxation through the healing sound of Jo’s beautiful bowls. 

In this extended class Sam will guide you through a series of floor based, longer held Yin postures, encouraging the use of props to support you as you invite stillness, softness and ease, promoting a sense of mindfulness and wellbeing. 

As you settle into the stillness of the Yin postures, Reiki Master Jo, will coax you deeper into a state of peace and relaxation by sharing Reiki energy with each student. 

Crystal bowls will also be used to deepen this state of bliss.
