DESCRIPTION: You are invited into our healing sanctuary. Jo & Simon of Prana Sanctuary will hold space for you. They will guide you, through the use of sound, into a state of softening and letting go. Using singing bowls, crystal bowls and other beautiful sounds you’ll find rest, relaxation and healing.  We begin with awareness of breath and gentle movement to clear stale energy. During the Sound Bath you’ll be super comfy, cosy and supported.
