DESCRIPTION: Deep relaxation and rejuvenation awaits in this nurturing two hours with Mary and Jo. Mary will guide and hold space for you in supported Restorative yoga poses. Jo will use her gift of Reiki energy healing to enhance your stillness, rest and healing energy.

Restorative yoga is a beautiful practice that creates the environment for you to deeply rest and release tension and stress that you may be holding in your body. Reiki supports rest and healing by channeling energy through the subtle use of hands on or just hovering over your body.
