DESCRIPTION: Join Mary for deep relaxation and a welcoming of the energy of the heart chakra. Compassion, acceptance, non judgement and love. Two hours of coming home to yourself. We will support your body with yoga props that will create the conditions for comfort, leading to deep release and relaxation. As we ease through the session we’ll be led by softness, compassion and open hearts.  

Restorative yoga has a healing effect on both body and mind. Releasing tension held in the body.  Stillness and space offer a quieting of the busyness of the mind. Awareness of breath is our pathway in to a softly relaxed state.
