DESCRIPTION: Join Mary for two luxurious hours of rest and rebalance. Restorative yoga uses yoga props to facilitate comfort and allow the body to relax.  As the physical body releases into rest the nervous system moves into healing. Restorative yoga leaves you serene and revitalized. 

This session will be guided by the energy of the root chakra. Muladhara chakra, at the base of the torso, holds the energy of the earth. Grounded, safe, stable.
