DESCRIPTION: Mary will hold space for an extended practice of Restorative  yoga. We will invite the energy of the Sacral chakra, Svadhisthana. A restful and rejuvenating afternoon anchored in grounding, and opening to the fluid and creative energies of the second chakra.  The benefits of restorative yoga include ease of tension and stress, improved rest, enhanced sense of well being and balance.
