DESCRIPTION: A class designed around the fundamentals of yoga.  Each week Helena will guide you through an introduction to yoga poses, including alignment tips. You will experience yoga sequences that link one posture to another following a theme. You will practice breath awareness, breathing practices and using your breath to enhance yoga poses. Some quiet contemplation is an important element of a yoga class. 
Suitable for all levels. Beginners to anyone seeking to revisit the fundamentals.
