DESCRIPTION: Pregnancy yoga supports you during your pregnancy in many ways.  Movement designed to keep your body balanced and strong. Breathing practices to support you during pregnancy and in labour. Relaxation techniques to help with sleep and anxiety. A supportive environment with other mum’s to be. 

Taught by Reut, who is specially trained in pre natal yoga. Reut is also a naturopathic physician. Reut has a young child and relied on yoga throughout her pregnancy.
