DESCRIPTION: Punctuate the end of the working week with a Flowing Hatha Yoga practice with Jeni. This class begins with breathing and grounding exercises and as we leave the past week behind. You will develop whole body strength and mobility. A truly open-level class - options are given throughout so that you can work at your own pace from one week to the next. Jeni gently encourages playfulness and exploration with compassionate guidance. 


In light of Covid-19: Class size is limited to insure social distancing. Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket. Arrive early if you can. Please wear a mask until you get onto your mat &amp; again when exiting the building.
