Join Helena for a workshop that will teach you tools to support you in becoming more resilient to stress, create greater equilibrium and manage your emotions. 

Helena has brought together a collection of  powerful ancient and modern wellbeing practices, tools and techniques that she will share with you. 
Including Yoga poses for mood change, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Acupressure,
Breath work, Neuro Linguistic state change, and Self care rituals.  All tools that can be easily accessed, and enjoyable to practice.
