How a short daily meditation can improve Well being and relationships.”

Wear comfy clothes and layers to insure warmth. Class size is small to adhere to Covid guidelines. Bring a cushion, blanket or mat to sit on. Please wear a mask just until you sit on your mat or cushion, and again when exiting the studio.
