DESCRIPTION: Suitable for all levels. A yoga practice of longer held yoga postures that cultivates strength, flexibility, stability and awareness. We will pay close attention to body alignment in each posture. With attention on our breath, the class consists of floor warm-ups and stretches, followed by standing and sitting postures, cultivating ease in the body and mind, so that you find it easy to fall into a deep state of relaxation in the final posture. A meditative practice class that leaves you feeling full of energy, yet relaxed, calm and quiet.
