DESCRIPTION: A balanced practice of flowing yoga leading into deep yin yoga. We’ll energise the body and quiet the mind through a series of yang yoga poses to strengthen and enhance energy. Followed by yin floor based poses that are held for a few minutes each. The yin will encourage focus on moving deeper into the body’s layers whilst inviting stillness.
