Pregnancy yoga supports you during your pregnancy in many ways. Movement designed to keep your body balanced and strong. Breathing practices to support you during pregnancy and in labour. Relaxation techniques to help with sleep and anxiety. A supportive environment with other mum’s to be.

Taught by Reut, who is specially trained in pre natal yoga. Reut is also a naturopathic physician. Reut has a young child and relied on yoga throughout her pregnancy.

In light of Covid-19: Class size is limited to insure social distancing. Pre booking and pre paying are required. Please bring your own mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket. Arrive early if you can.
