Welcome the day with yoga. Nurture your physical, energetic and emotional wellbeing with a yoga practice. Become aware of your breath, anchor your awareness in your body and move with intention. Progress to a flowing series of yoga postures. This is a class suitable for all levels of yogis.

Bring a mat, wear layers for warmth and wear a mask until you arrive on your mat, and again when exiting the studio.
