I took my first yoga class to release hip pain from spending hours in front of the computer and found that it not only helped relieve aches and pains, but it also helped me to connect with my inner self and approach life differently. Over time, yoga taught me to accept uncomfortable situations andto become comfortable with them. For example, in an unpleasant posture or position, controlling our breathing and not using resistance to hold it, lead us to embrace it positively.

I attained the Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hours Teacher Training and started teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles for all levels. My classes are focused on positive change in the body and mind by developing flexibility and strength, building up your confidence with emphasis on working at your own pace, listening to your body, being present in the moment and simply enjoying movement.
