DESCRIPTION: Is a modified Ashtanga practice based on sequencing from Larry Schultz, an original student of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. 

This Vinyasa class focuses on creative sequencing inspired from the Rocket 1-3 series. Each class during the month will have a unique flow focus on opening and strengthening different areas for the body. 

This is a challenging but fun practice that can also be modified for any level.
