DESCRIPTION: Rocket Vibe is a modified Ashtanga practice based on sequencing from Larry Schultz, an original student of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. This class focuses on creative sequencing in Vinyasa Flow style inspired from the Rocket 1-3 series. Each class during the month will have a unique flow focus on opening and strengthening different areas for the body. This is a challenging but fun practice that can also be modified for any level.
