DESCRIPTION: Spend the day with Pedro & Tori learning about and practice different styles of yoga available at the studio. During this immersion we hope to introduce students to some knowledge, skills and motivation to develop a sustainable practice.  Our plan is to provide you with structured content to introduce you to the theory behind our classes. We will learn some aspects about the goal of yoga and how it is unique in these different practices we offer. We will look at some breathing exercises, alignment and therapy techniques in AcroYoga and Thai Massage. This immersion is perfect whether you are starting out in yoga or starting out with our classes as an experienced practitioner. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy good company with a lovely lunch.
