This 5 week program is an opportunity to gradually familiarize yourself with the fundamentals from a yoga and modified Ashtanga practice. We will look at how to connect the breath with movements in the body, basic breathing exercises, basic philosophy of yoga, Ashtanga mantras and alignment of fundamental postures. This is perfect for those totally new to the practice of yoga or Ashtanga or if you have issues of limited mobility.
