As a Usui Reiki Master, 200-hour certified yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, and mindfulness and somatic breathwork coach, she combines her gifts to create experiences that are both restorative and transformative. Through her business, Sol Somatics 716, Nicole offers reiki, mindful movement, meditative breathwork, and sound healing to support healing, balance, and personal growth. Her sound healing events bring together her intuitive practices and her original journals, offering participants a space for reflection, nervous system reset, and inner exploration. Nicole is also an urban educator, specializing in mindful practices and the development of social-emotional skills with elementary students. Whether working in the classroom or in the healing space, her mission is to empower others through holistic approaches that reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
