Immerse yourself in the art and science of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga flow.
Pranayama WorkshopThis is the most important class of the whole intensive. Saturdays workshop is going to organise your approach to breathing with the intention of increasing your pranic field. You will be guided in three different pranayama techniques that will accelerate the quality of your practice.
Led classesThese classes establish the quality of pace and focus and ground each student in remembering the sequence of movements. The gazing point, the breath and each pose is guided. In these classes you can expect technical and anatomical guidance of postures, in preparation for the self-practice classes.
Self-practice The self-practicing sessions assist students to empower themselves in a more personalised approach to their own way of working with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Your teacher is close by to assist and guide you all the way.
There will be three led practices and three self-practice classes within this intensive.
