What to expect:
Poses, Breathing, Floating. (Ashtanga primary sequence and some).
Follow me as I flow from one pose to another with a firm focus on the breath. Join in for a classroom environment of being prompted through the sequence and connecting to our yoga community. This class can be likened to a moving meditation experience. It's simple and quiet however very invigorating. Both your body and mind will feel alert and clear for it. The class will start and end with breathing awareness, chanting and inspirational words. As always I am intuitively guided with how to pace and run each session. Trust that I am listening to what your spirit is seeking at this time.

Yoga is a fluid, flowing and evolving system. This style of practice encourages us to show up ready and eager to meet whatever arises within us. Through focus and discipline, you will learn to let go of tension and embrace peace of mind.

If you are a first time yogi, this class might feel a bit overwhelming as there is limited instructions detailing the anatomy of the poses. The Thursday night class will suit you a first time yogi. Look out for the next Learn Yoga Course!

Bring to class:
Hand towel, mat, one blanket and any yoga props you may already have in your home.

What to expect:

It is important that you have complete silence around you while taking this class.

It is a time for allowing ourselves to be loved. Allowing everything to slow down enough to catch ourselves and to see that we are watching who we are. Through gentle and supportive yoga poses there is an opportunity to be quiet and still while gaining access to another perspective of inward reflection. Our daily duties can often take us further away from remembering the way to connect to our innate spiritual self. So each week we practice to remember the path inward through softness and sweet, loving guidance.

Who can do it:
Perfect for the first time yogi.

This class is an experience of deep rest that is rejuvenating and restorative for your body and mind. The emphasis is on physical support, nervous system regulation and constructive rest.

The class will start and end with breathing awareness. As always I am intuitively guided with how to pace and run each session. Trust that I am listening to what your spirit is seeking at this time.

Yoga is a fluid, flowing and evolving system. This style of yoga is very therapeutic and people of all levels can benefit from the nurturing. Through gentle moves, stillness and quiet space you will learn to let go of tension and embrace peace of mind.

This is suitable for a complete beginner, anyone recovering from injuring or illness. You will be guided all the way.

Bring to class:
Blankets (2 or 3)
Bolsters
Yoga belt and foam blocks
And if you don't have any yoga props, don't worry, even a few thick towels and cushions will do just fine.

Ashtanga yoga intuitively led. Sometimes we push. Sometimes we pull back. Depends what your soul asks for on the day. We write. We pause. We listen. We speak. We remember.

THE PLAN
Friday - 4pm - 6pm
Meet & Greet & Remember who we are.
Open our eyes and ears and heart for deep witnessing, deep listening and deep nurturing.

Saturday -6am - 10am
Meet as the sun rises out on the edge of the world for a silent walking meditation followed by chanting. Back to our sacred room for a physical offering of movement, breath, mediation, rest.

3pm - 5pm
We let the layers between us dissolve as we team up to support each other through deeper entry into poses. Done with compassion, care and kindness.

Sunday -8am - 10.15am
Let’s arrive with our hearts full with love and rich with inspiration. No expectation. No promise. A flow into the ocean of who we are.

10.15am on wards
We break bread with a collective sharing of some vegan deliciousness. You will be asked to contribute a small something so we can add it together to make a big sumptuous something.
