Introduction to Ashtanga Mysore Yoga: Comprehensive Intro Month

We welcome all with a serious interest in yoga, personal growth, all who seek more space, peace and strength in body and mind to this one month course. You need to be able to commit to joining our morning practice at least three times a week, a practice takes about 1h, starting times are flexible (see our website). Showing up is the base of your practice, and transformation.

No previous yoga experience is required. We are a community of dedicated practitioners of diverse backgrounds, ages and bodies.Everyone is welcome, all fit in, also no fancy clothes are needed.
There are only 5 spaces offered for this special course. This special one month introduction will not be held again in the coming months.

- Participate in a workshop especially designed for beginners to Ashtanga Mysore (covering yoga philosophy, pranayama, foundations of Mysore posture practice). Date: Saturday 22.2., 12.00-14.00h
