Postures are held 3 minutes or longer to gently open the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, helping release deeper layers of tightness that regular stretching cannot always reach. Infrared heat supports the release, with gentle sound healing in the background to help the body fully relax. This is a community class taught live on Zoom, with limited in studio space available.
