DESCRIPTION: We will make time to review basic elements of sleep hygiene, the physiology of sleep, and ways of learning about our own mode of sleep .   We will introduce personal practices that can help ;  progressive relaxation, mindfulness practice, appropriate movement practice, and contemplative practice.
Learning materials and recordings to guide personal practice will be provided.
