Description
Breathe deep, move gently, and reconnect with yourself. This all-levels Slow Flow Yoga class offers a steady, grounding practice to ease into your breath and body — and reset for whatever the week may hold. ✨
🌱 In each session, we’ll focus on:
- Pelvic floor & core engagement for strength and stability 💪
- Somatic movement practices to release tension and awaken body awareness
- Breathwork to soothe your nervous system and melt away stress
Arrive as you are, at your own rhythm — no rushing, just a soft invitation to move, feel, and be. Start your Sunday feeling invigorated, centered, and ready to meet the day. 💛
What to Bring & Wear:
- A loose, comfy outfit you can move in
- Yoga mat and any props you love
- Water
- Sunscreen — we’ll be outdoors with limited shade
Weather Note:
Class will only be canceled if it rains! If it’s chilly, bundle up in cozy layers and come warm up with us.
