This class is for all levels. There will be modifications given through out depending on your practice, injuries and other conditions.
***PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT***
These classes are capped at 5 students.
Government COVID Tier 2 guidelines:
- Each mat will be spaced 2m+ away from each other.
- Windows have to be kept open to adhere too government guidelines, so make sure you have an extra layer for savasana!
- No outdoor clothing to be brought into the room. There is a clothes rack and lockers in the corridor where you will have to leave your belongings. Make sure you bring your own lock.
- Each mat will have a sanitation pack with yoga mat spray and anti-bac hand gel.

Join for a gentle and restorative yoga class as we wind down from the day's activities. The last twenty minutes of class will involve a yoga nidra (sleep meditation) for deep relaxation.

Class will start with 15 minutes of guided meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a 60 minute asana practice. Expect the same fluid movement with clear instructions and alignment cues.
