General terms of LoStudio

Client understand there is a possible risk of injury from LoStudio fitness activities. Using any club equipment can include the potential for permanent injury or death. Client KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown and acknowledge that this is an UNSUPERVISED FITNESS STUDIO and I assume all risks associated with it. We STRONGLY advise all members to consult with their General Practitioner before the use and attendance of any club equipment or classes. Client therefore declares that he/she is in a good state of physical condition, health and fitness and that that there is no medical reason whatsoever that could be regarded as a restriction upon or an obstruction to Clients attendance of classes. Members are therefore entirely responsible for any risk that may arise as a result of personal health factors. This release shall apply to ALL members of the club without exception, including minors. Client hereby releases, indemnifies, and hold harmless the LoStudio and their respective owners, officers, affiliates, agents, employees, sponsors, advertisers and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct any sponsored event (Releases), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of the releases or otherwise, that may out of or in connection with your use of the equipment or attendance of classes. By registering on line and signing up for classes Client agrees he/she has read, understand and hereby agree to the terms and conditions as stated in this declaration. I agree to abide by all posted signage and warnings.

We have a 12 hours cancellation policy for all appointments and scheduled classes. As long as you cancel your class reservation appointment at least 12 hours in advance of the class/appointment start time, you will not lose your session. Class reservations are NOT required, so if your schedule is unsure, please feel free to call our Front Desk or send an email to prior to the class start time to see if you are able to jump in without an advance reservation.

If you are not able to make it to the class, irrespective of the 12 hours policy, please be kind to cancel by calling our Front Desk or send an email to , this will help other clients to get a spot in class.
Why do we have a cancellation policy at all?:
Accountability matters in fitness. If there were no penalties for canceling, it would be a lot more tempting to blow off a workout. Our classes are very popular. We have added more classes but there are still many in the wait-list.
