Finding yoga at a young age and becoming Australia’s youngest certified yoga instructor allowed for Uma to explore yoga all around Australia and the world. Teaching and assisting at yoga retreats, teacher training programs and workshops. Uma’s classes definitely demonstrate her heart for the practice. They are a blend of fun, invigorating, alignment based vinyasa, teamed with soulful yogic philosophy and deep meditation. Uma is Yoga Alliance Certified.
