Uma Sullivan

Finding yoga at a young age and becoming Australia’s youngest certified yoga instructor allowed for Uma to explore yoga all around Australia and the world. Teaching and assisting at yoga retreats, teacher training programs and workshops. Uma’s classes definitely demonstrate her heart for the practice. They are a blend of fun, invigorating, alignment based vinyasa, teamed with soulful yogic philosophy and deep meditation. Uma is Yoga Alliance Certified.

Description

An energising flow of postures and stretches which help to strengthen and open your body. This class is suitable for all levels, however if you are new to yoga then you will need to be relatively fit to do this class.
