This is a gentle flowing, child friendly class where anything goes. These classes are a fun and light hearted way to focus on reconnecting with your body, bonding with your baby and meeting other mums. Children of all ages are welcome to these classes.
The class runs for around 50mins with some hangout time afterwards.
