Join Sophie every Tuesday evening in the gorgeous space of Rock Village Hall for your nourishing pregnancy yoga classes.

Pregnancy Yoga is the perfect way to help support you through your second & third trimester and help prepare your mind & body for birth. It doesn't matter if you've never practiced yoga before (in fact, most women who join do so as total beginners!). Classes are designed to help with the following:
- Easing aches and pains through gentle stretches
- Building strength to support your growing body
- Learning relaxation techniques to support a calm pregnancy, birth & beyond
- Empowering you with knowledge & tools to help you feel prepared
- Feeling supported and understood as you surround yourself with like-minded women on the same journey

- Sophie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Pre & Postnatal Yoga & as a Breathe Instructor
- Classes are booked in rolling 4 week blocks (start anytime), priced at £38 - offering you 1 'pass' if you need it (valid for 5 weeks). Let me know if you'd like to trial a class before committing!
- Yoga mats, cushions & blocks are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer, as well as a blanket / extra layer for the relaxation at the end of class

A 45 minute fast flowing class, designed to energise and uplift!

Some yoga experience would be beneficial as we flow through the poses one breath per movement. The class is a fun way to move your body while building strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's low impact and as always you are encouraged to listen to your body.
