This is an end of the week yoga class where we'll do a little relaxing and a little work to properly end the week and properly start the weekend.
You are welcome to bring a refreshment, if you are of legal drinking age!
We'll work on our breathing while we hold poses a bit longer than normal. The holds are longer in order to practice the breathing and build some tension in our body, which leads to strength gains.

Beginners and people with some yoga experience are welcome. Don't expect handstands or crazy balance poses in my classes!

This is a pay-what-you-can class. The suggested donation is $15. So if you're a little light this week, pay less; if you're a little flush, pay for someone else.
