Recovery Yoga for Cyclists and Runners
Join us Monday evenings at 7 for a 30-minute yoga practice designed for cyclists and runners to help recovery from a weekend of training.
We do a slow, gentle practice that focuses on hip opening, spinal twists, and backbends to counter the repetitive nature of running and cycling.
We also practice breathing to learn to control our focus and emotional responses.
