Gentle Yoga Flow
Is a gentle, deepening and strengthening yoga practice where the postures follow each other in a flow which has rejuvenating effects on the nervous system.Together, we carve out time and space to connect to our breath and our physical bodies with a sense of wonder and curiosity.  
This lesson is for everyone who is looking for silence in the body. Connecting movement and breath takes you to the quiet corners of body, mind and soul, one breath at a time.
