DESCRIPTION: The workshop will start with a one hour vinyasa flow yoga class. You will stretch, tone and strengthen your body with some flowing yoga followed by a relaxation.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.

We will then have a short break, after which we will enjoy the outstanding experience of an hour long gong bath. This will consist of relaxing and healing to the wonderful sound and vibrations of handmade gongs played by Pauline McCrann.
