DESCRIPTION: The yoga from home system is very simple. You roll out your mat in a room you have space, set up your laptop, iPad or phone so your mat is clearly visible on screen and practise with me. There will be a group of people also online. You can choose if you want to be visible to me and the others or not.

You'll be able to play your own music, and I'll ask you to mute your mic during practice so you can hear my instructions clearly. I won’t be looking at whether you have hoovered or cleared up so please don’t be concerned with that. We are there to simply connect and create some space and calm. Reset so we can carry on.

Initially it may seem a little awkward and strange, this includes me too! We will work this out together and have some fun with it.
